How do I create an account?
1) Click the "Create Account" link at the top right side of our site.
Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private.
How can I change my account information?
Visit the My Account link at the top right side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is delivery?
Our base rate for deliveries within HRM is $10.00 plus tax. This fee covers most items from the supermarket and you can find prices for grocery items in our GROPRO Grocery section. In our Buy Local section, add a local producer stop, like a market or bakery starting at $5.00 plus hst. We also offer stops in our Premium Services section at Costco, Walmart, and many more.
An additional fee of $20.00 will be added if you live more than 25km outside the downtown core. We will let you know if this fee applies to your order before delivery.
What happens if I forget my password?
If you are unable to login using your password. You can access a new one via the login page by clicking "Forgot my password". That link will direct you to resetting your password.
What happens if I’m not satisfied with a product?
If you feel that you have received the wrong product or it is not satisfactory, please contact customer service within 3 hours of receiving the product. We can make the needed corrections on your next order.
When will my order be delivered?
You can schedule a time for delivery by clicking "Book Now" on the main page of the website. We offer one hour time slots for your delivery to arrive.
How do I change my order or cancel an item in my order?
You can change items on your order up to 2 hours in advance of your delivery time, or add additional items. You can view past orders and update your product selection or after the online cut off time, you can email us any changes to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to find the extra items in time for your delivery appointment.
How do I track my order?
We deliver groceries by appointment. If you need to book an appointment for your order there is a link on the front page of the site called "Book Now".
My order never arrived!
We aim to deliver your order on the hour that you have booked, but because of variations in traffic, or line ups we give you a one hour time slot - example 1 - 2pm. Feel free to email or call us to check on your order.
An item is missing from my order!
If an item is missing from your GROPRO order, please call us at 441-7041 or email email@example.com and we will make it right! We guarantee your satisfaction with our selection or your money back.
Pricing and Billing
Do I pay sales tax?
We charge 15% on applicable items and delivery charges. Your bill may be adjusted at delivery to reflect the tax amount the grocery store charged us when we picked up your items.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like us to email you a copy of your receipt.
When will I be charged?
Please choose your desired method of payment upon checkout. You are not charged until you receive your order. We accept visa, mastercard, debit and cash at the door.
How do I purchase/redeem a gift certificate?
Please let us know the amount you would like and we can deliver the gift certificate to you. Delivery charges apply. To redeem a gift certificate, let us know in the order comments that you are redeeming and we will apply to your order.
How do I find my product?
To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may
(1) use the navigation menus on the top, left & bottom of our website.
(2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance or add a list of desired items in the comments box upon checkout.
How do I navigate the site?
To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left & bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.
How do I use a coupon?
We do not accept manufacturer coupons for grocery items. If you have a GROPRO coupon or gift certificate, please provide to us upon payment and we will apply it to your order total. From time to time, we will advertise online coupons on the front page of our site that you can enter during checkout

Do you deliver to my country?
We deliver groceries to the Halifax Regional Municipality and surrounding areas. For more information about out of area delivery you can contact us with your request.
If you live outside of our delivery area and wish to order local food for a friend or relative that lives in the area we can help! Call 902-441-7041 for more options or email us at email@example.com. We can take payment over the telephone, E-transfer or PayPal.
What are my payment options?
Payment is available at the door via debit, MasterCard or Visa. During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order.
