GROPRO is hiring! Business Coordinator

We are looking for a Business Coordinator to add to our team at GROPRO!

Qualifications

  • Business administration training/education
  • Experience working in an office environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Highly organized with ability to work in a changing environment
  • Experience working with a small business an asset
  • Experience in Ecommerce and managing an online presence

Preference will be given to applicants that demonstrate an ability to work with online retail platforms or with a strong sales background.

 

Duties:

  • Answer incoming emails, telephone calls and social media messages
  • Dispatch details to delivery drivers and management team
  • Process invoices, monitor billing and accounting statements
  • Monitor social media, create posts and engage with customers
  • Oversee delivery schedule and assist drivers and other staff
  • Update website
  • Complete deliveries and purchases when needed
  • Office Management
  • Assisting the GROPRO Team with events, marketing duties, and promotions

 

Requirements:

Must have cellphone and vehicle. Expenses are reimbursed.

Compensation: $12-14/ hour

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Minimum 10 hours per week. Position could lead to full time or additional hours
