We are looking for a Business Coordinator to add to our team at GROPRO!
- Business administration training/education
- Experience working in an office environment
- Attention to detail
- Highly organized with ability to work in a changing environment
- Experience working with a small business an asset
- Experience in Ecommerce and managing an online presence
Preference will be given to applicants that demonstrate an ability to work with online retail platforms or with a strong sales background.
- Answer incoming emails, telephone calls and social media messages
- Dispatch details to delivery drivers and management team
- Process invoices, monitor billing and accounting statements
- Monitor social media, create posts and engage with customers
- Oversee delivery schedule and assist drivers and other staff
- Update website
- Complete deliveries and purchases when needed
- Office Management
- Assisting the GROPRO Team with events, marketing duties, and promotions
Must have cellphone and vehicle. Expenses are reimbursed.
Compensation: $12-14/ hour
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Minimum 10 hours per week. Position could lead to full time or additional hours
